Buffalo Dip Recipe:
This buffalo chicken dip not only tastes amazing, but it’s super simple to make, so it won’t bog down your game day celebration!
Let’s get started!
- 1 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 Cup Buffalo Hot Wing Sauce
- 2- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 2-3 Chicken Breasts Cooked and Shredded. You can also use canned chicken.
- Blue Cheese Crumbles for Top
- Green Onions for Top
Boil your chicken breast until cooked through, let cool slightly and shred. If you are using canned chicken, simply open and drain.
While your chicken is cooking, use a mixer to mix the cream cheese until it’s soft and fluffy.
Add in the chicken, blue cheese dressing, buffalo hot wing sauce, and cheese.
Mix all together until well blended.
Place in a greased 8×8 pan.
Top with blue cheese crumbles.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until the dip is completely heated through and is bubbly.
Top with diced green onions.
