But if you’re like me, sometimes just giving money feels a little boring as the giver. I love coming up with creative ways to give money so that if I end up gifting it for an occasion, I can spruce it up a little bit!

This birthday balloon money gift idea is a fun and simple way to add a little bit of fun to giving money to someone.

Cute right? Balloons are just so colorful and fun anytime but filled with money they are even better!

This is a simple gift idea to pull off but let’s break it down here.

 

Money Gift Idea: Balloons Filled with Dollars

Supplies Needed:

• Money-you can do $1 bills or larger amounts, depending on how much money you want to give and how many ballons you want to use
• Balloons (I filled ours with helium)
• Printable Tag (see below)
• Pin

Here’s an important thing to remember…put your money in the balloons before you blow them up. This seems obvious, but I might have forgotten that the first time around…

So, I just took the dollar bills to the party store, picked out some balloons and then stuffed our dollars inside and had them fill the balloons with helium.

Then I bunched all our balloons together and added this cute tag.

Then I stuck a little pin on the tag so they can pop the balloons with it.
