Have you been introduced to a “Dirty Coke” yet? Coke with coconut flavoring and a splash of lime mixed together for a glass of perfection. It’s really quite delightful, but we have kicked it up a notch and turned the whole thing into a cupcake! If you aren’t drooling yet, just keep reading. Coke flavored cupcake topped with coconut frosting and a bit of lime to top off the deliciousness. We promise Dirty Coke Cupcakes will quickly make your favorite list.
Dirty Coke Cupcakes:
These cupcakes turned out to be as adorable as they are yummy. Does it get any better than this!?

Ingredients
- 1 White Cake Mix
- 1 Large Box Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. Cola Extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the 8 ingredients together until smooth.
Spoon into 22-24 cupcake liners.
Bake for approximately 18 minutes, give or take a couple minutes.
Allow to cool and then they will be ready to frost.
Coconut Frosting
Ingredients
- 3 Sticks of softened butter
- 4–6 Cups of powdered sugar
- About a 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
Instructions
Beat butter until smooth.
Add milk and powdered sugar. Begin with 4 C of powdered sugar and add more as needed to reach desired consistency. (Should be fairly thick but not so thick that you won’t be able to squeeze it out of a piping bag to frost.)
Add coconut extract and mix in thoroughly.
Spoon into a ziplock bag. Snip the corner of the bag and squeeze the frosting on the cupcakes.
Top with a slice of lime…and enjoy!
