This perfect chaos coordinator gift is a perfect thank-you for teachers, friends, neighbors, family, etc. You could give this to practically anyone and I’m sure that they will love it!

Supply List:

• Cute tumbler
• Mini candies to fill the bottom
• Tissue paper
• Skewers
• Packaging tape
• Their favorite candy bars / candy
• Gift cards (optional)

Once you have all of your supplies you can get to work! You can fill the bottom of the tumbler with the mini candies that you chose. Mine was filled with Hi-chews! (That always seems like a good option.) Then take your tissue paper and put it on top of the tumbler. Then it’s as simple as taping the rest of the candy and gift cards to individual skewers, and poking the skewers through the tissue paper and into the candies for support.

Super simple, right!? Now all you have to do is add some ribbon and this cute tag.

And when you add in the Venmo factor (which has pretty much replaced cash with young people) it’s even more impersonal. But who says it has to be? You know I pretty much love a good, punny gift so I’m totally smitten with this Extra “Dough” Money Gift Idea. It meets all my criteria…punny, simple, and adorable.

Anyone else think summer is thee best season ever?! I absolutely love all things summer. It’s a great time to be outdoors and enjoy a break from the day to day. I think the fact that I work as a teacher’s aide part time helps increase my love of summer because I have 3 months with no work. And although I really love it (seriously, I do) a break is always appreciated.

This last year the school I work for split because a new school was built. And although we needed to reduce our student population it also meant we lost some much loved teachers to the other school. Is there anything better than polka dots? Um, yes! When they are on one of my favorite water bottles. In the spirit of complete disclosure this idea came from my sister who gave me this cute pink polka dotted water bottle for my birthday and I was in love. It was seriously perfection and I knew I needed to share it with you.

Easy Water Bottle DIY Gift:

I think water bottles make a perfect gift for anyone. They make the perfect addition to any gift basket or are great as a stand alone gift. I especially love them when I’m doing a color themed gift basket.

Color Themed Gift Baskets

There are so many fun colors that you can get exactly what you want. And in a world that is trying to cut down on single use plastics having a water bottle is a must. So if you are going to be giving someone a water bottle why not spruce it up a bit and add some adorable polka dots.

Let me show you how simple it is to customize these bottles.

Items Needed: (Affiliate)

• Water Bottle (I love these Contigo ones)
• Vinyl Polka Dots (You can cut your own on your Cricut or order from Amazon or Etsy)

Let’s get to it. Cut your polka dots so they are individual (they will usually come on a sheet). Start placing your polka dots on your water bottle. Smooth them out making sure there are no bubbles in the vinyl. Continue this process until you have all of your polka dots placed. Make sure to cut some of the polka dots in half and add to the edge of the water bottle.

Don’t stress about being perfect, it will be amazing.

That’s it…so simple. Once you give this a try, you’ll want one of every color.
