Thanksgiving Don’t Eat Pete:
Our little ones love to play this game (and secretly some of our big ones still do too). And it’s so easy!
First of all print the playing board.

Here’s how to play: Cover each character with the candy or marshmallows or snack crackers. Choose one person to be “It”, and send them out of the room. The rest of the group chooses which character on the game board to be “Pete.” The “It” person comes back and starts to eat the candy off the board in whatever order they want. When they reach to grab the “Pete” all the other players yell “DON’T EAT PETE” and that “It” person isn’t it anymore. Choose a new “It” and repeat until all the children have had a turn to be “It.”
Thanksgiving Bingo:
We always love a good round of Bingo with the kids because they seem to get so excited about it! This one is super cute and a fun way to play. You can have prizes for the winner or you can just play for fun.
How to Play Bingo: Cut out the 8 game boards. On the last page, you will find a grid with all of the images from the Thanksgiving Bingo Cards. Cut these out and use it as a draw pile to play the game. When you draw the pumpkin pie picture, the children get to put a marker on the image of pumpkin pie on their boards. Easy. Just bring something to use as markers (Candy Corn, Goldfish Crackers, etc.)
Thanksgiving Word Search:
Here’s a fun and simple Thanksgiving word search that kids will love doing! They can hunt all over for words that relate to the big day and circle them while they wait for dinner.
