Christmas shopping is in full swing here at Fun-Squared and I’m nearing the end of my lists.  With just a few gift cards left to buy, I wanted to find a way to make giving gift cards just a little more festive.  This DIY Christmas Gift Card Holder did the trick. They are super simple and are a fun way to present your gift cards this holiday season. Because everyone loves gift cards for Christmas!

Aren’t they cute? You can use any paper you want to make these little guys!

DIY Christmas Gift Card Holder:

These take about 5 minutes to make and are so cute.  I think they are the perfect way to say Merry Christmas to your teachers!  I always give our kiddos’ teachers gift cards, this just lets me be more festive doing it! Or just a fun way to give a gift card to someone while spicing it up a little.

Supplies Needed:

• Cute Card Stock
• Ribbon
• Double Sided Tape
• Scissors
• Hole Punch

How to Make a Christmas Gift Card Holder:

Cut 2 pieces of cardstock. The back one should be 3 inches wide by 5 inches tall. The front one should be 3 inches wide by 3 and a half inches tall.

Then all you need to do is use double stick tape or a glue stick to stick the front piece to the back on the sides and bottom.

I embellished with ribbon. I just put it across the front and taped in the back and then added a bow.

To finish it off I added a hole punch to the top and some ribbon there too!

I love how adorable these turned out, simply grab some fun paper and you’ll be ready to get creating.

Gift giving is one of my favorite things and I LOVE coming up with the perfect gift for someone. It’s exciting to give a gift when you’re pretty sure the recipient is going to love it!

And while I often love to put together thoughtful gifts, sometimes the best gift is a gift card to a favorite restaurant or store. Who doesn’t love to get a gift card for Christmas?

But there’s always the question of how to package the gift card to make it fun!? Today I’m are giving you a super simple solution-free printable Christmas card holders. You can print them and add any gift card for a perfect gift!

I have absolutely fallen in love with mini desserts.  Everyone knows that things that come in small packages are just cuter, and this is no exception.  These candy cane mousse mini desserts are both delicious and lovely.  I promise, you will want to add these to your next holiday party.

And because I want to help you simplify your holiday season, try making these into a fun gifts to take to your friends and neighbors.  It’s as simple as adding a tag and ribbon and you have a perfect gift.

Mini Dessert Cups:

Let’s get started making these adorable little guys.

Simple Mini Dessert Cups for the Holidays

Print Recipe

• Author: Fun-Squared
• Prep Time: 10 Minutes
• Total Time: 10 minutes
• Yield: 12

Ingredients

• 1 Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
• Milk
• 1–2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
• 4 Cups Cool Whip
• 1 1/2 Cups Crushed Chocolate Cookies or Chocolate Graham Crackers
• 1/4–1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
• Red Food Coloring
• 1–2 Crushed Candy Canes
• 4 Oz. Jelly Jars

Instructions

Place the crushed cookies in the bottom of the jars, just enough to cover the bottom.

Make both the vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes as directed, and chill.

Fold 2 cups of Cool Whip in the chocolate pudding until fully mixed.  Layer the chocolate mousse in your jars on top of the crushed cookies.

Fold 2 cups of Cool Whip in the vanilla pudding until fully mixed.  Add 1/4-1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, adding this to your desired taste.  Add 1-2 drops of food coloring and mix together.

Layer this on top of the chocolate mousse.

Top with a dollop of whip cream, a few marshmallows, and the crushed candy cane.

I understand being passionate about things. I live for Diet Coke and lip gloss, Look, I like what I like and I like to keep those things around always.

I know you know someone who loves Mountain Dew and you know they’d love a Mountain Dew gift for Christmas this year! Make them this fun Christmas tree from Mountain Dew cans!

How fun is that?!

Or, if they love a different kind of soda, this will work with anything! Make it festive however you want. For example, red ribbon with Diet Coke or silver ribbon with Dr. Pepper. Anything works!

It also works great as a birthday present if you leave the star off the top. Like this fun Diet Coke gift cake that I did as a birthday gift!

Mountain Dew Gift for Christmas:

Let’s put this thing together!

Supplies Needed:

• 29 cans of Mt. Dew (or soda of your choice)
• Red Ribbon
• Cardboard to place each layer on (we used cake boards 6, 8, and 12 inches)
• Star
• Hot Glue

Instructions:

Start by building the bottom layer and work up from there. You’ll take the 12-inch cake board and place 19 of your cans on it. They will overlap the edge just a little bit. Then pull your ribbon around it and hot glue it on the back to hold it in place. Try to get it fairly tight because this will help the cans stay in place better.

Then grab your 8-inch board and work on your next layer. You will use 7 cans on this layer. Do the same thing with the ribbon here.

Then finish it off with 3 cans on the 6-inch cake board for the top. Add the ribbon here too.

Add your star to the top. You may need to hot glue it to have it stay in place.

And you’re all set! What a fun gift!
