Simple Mini Dessert Cups for the Holidays

Mini Dessert Cups

  • 1 Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
  • Milk
  • 12 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 Cups Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 Cups Crushed Chocolate Cookies or Chocolate Graham Crackers
  • 1/41/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract
  • Red Food Coloring
  • 12 Crushed Candy Canes
  • 4 Oz. Jelly Jars

Instructions

Place the crushed cookies in the bottom of the jars, just enough to cover the bottom.

Make both the vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes as directed, and chill.

Fold 2 cups of Cool Whip in the chocolate pudding until fully mixed.  Layer the chocolate mousse in your jars on top of the crushed cookies.

Fold 2 cups of Cool Whip in the vanilla pudding until fully mixed.  Add 1/4-1/2 tsp. peppermint extract, adding this to your desired taste.  Add 1-2 drops of food coloring and mix together.

Layer this on top of the chocolate mousse.

Top with a dollop of whip cream, a few marshmallows, and the crushed candy cane.
