A Peek at the Fun: Are you looking for fun prom proposal ideas? Well, we have the “scoop” on a fun and simple way to ask someone to the big dance!

Somehow we have entered a whole new world (are you humming an Aladdin tune right now?). We both have teenage boys who are in high school-what?! And yes, it’s a whole new world filled with fun possibilities.

The high school dances are probably one of the funnest events that happen in the school year. And the fun really starts with the invitation. That’s where we come in. We have everything you need to make your next homecoming or prom proposal perfectly delicious.

Here’s the scoop…everyone loves ice cream, right?! It’s a safe bet that whoever is being invited to the dance will love this sweet dance invitation. Let’s chat about what you need for this.

Ice Cream Scoop
Ice Cream
Printable Tags
Scoops and a Cone Cut with Construction Paper
Ribbon

Now that you have all of your supplies, let’s put this promposal together.

Step number one is making sure the person you are inviting isn’t home for a few minutes so you can get this set up.

Starting at the beginning, you will leave this “Here’s the Scoop” tag and ice cream scoop at the front door.

On the inside of the front door, tape down your ice cream cone with scoop. Place more scoops along the pathway from the front door to the freezer.

End your path at the freezer where you have left the ice cream.

Attach the “Will you go to the dance with me” tag to the ice cream and leave it in the freezer where it will be visible. Make sure to leave plenty of space around the tag so water doesn’t get on it and smear the words.

You also will need to add the name of the person who is doing the inviting so there are no question about who is asking! 🙂
