Easy Lemon Cookies Recipe
These easy lemon cookies only use 3 ingredients, are super easy to make and taste amazing! Made from a cake mix and they are soft and chewy. Great when drizzled with frosting too.

- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of butter (softened)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the three ingredients to form a nice dough. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake for about 7-10 minutes. When they start to crack, take them out.
