Mix butter and powdered sugar together.
Add in the Maraschino Cherry Juice and mix.
You may have to add more liquid or powdered sugar until you get the consistency you want. If you are piping frosting onto the cupcakes, you will want your frosting a little on the thick side.
Spoon your frosting into a ziplock bag and clip the corner of the bag making an opening big enough your frosting will squeeze through. Swirl the frosting on the top of your cupcakes.
