Peppermint Grinch Muddy Buddies
These Grinch muddy buddies are a fun, peppermint flavored Christmas treat. They’re that easy to make and fun to serve. They also make a great gift!
Ingredients

- 9 C Rice Chex
- 2 C green melting chocolate (from the craft store)
- 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp peppermint extract
- Green M&Ms
Instructions
Pour your Chex into a large bowl.
Melting your chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Cook about 30 seconds at a time, then stir and continue heating. Be careful not to burn it.
Pour the melted chocolate over the Chex and stir until evenly covered.
Add your peppermint extract and stir again to mix it in.
Stir in the powdered sugar and then add in the green M&Ms.
