Every year I try to decide what to do for my neighbors. I know some people don’t love doing neighbor gifts because it’s just one more thing at the holiday season, but I just can’t help wanting to surprise my neighbors with something each year.
So a couple of years back, this cookie dough holiday gift was perfect to take to my neighbors because it was super easy to pull off and who doesn’t want cookie dough. I sure do!
And it turned out really cute when it was all put together!
Mmmm, that makes me want cookies.

Christmas Gift Idea:
This couldn’t be easier and you probably don’t need much of a walkthrough to know what to do for this, but here’s a quick rundown.
Grab any sort of cookie dough from the store-you could get the flat packages like these or you can get a tube or a tub or whatever you want. (I pretty much cleared the store out). You can actually get it for a dollar or two which is nice. Then add a tag.

Here is a tag for you to use. You can either right-click and save it to your computer then size how you want and print, or I have a PDF with several of them ready for you to just print and cut.

Tie up some cute ribbon and add the tag (or just keep it simple and tape it on).
Have a great time giving your friends and family this cute cookie dough neighbor gift this year!

I love your ideas and projects…in fact made 4 hooded Towels today, so thank you for the patterns. I love your site, but have suddenly begun receiving an excessive number of emails every day. I’ve subscribed for several years and this has never happened. I’m not sure why you have gone from 2-3 emails weekly to 2-3 daily. It’s a little overwhelming. Is there a way I can cut back without unsubscribing?

I don’t send 2-3 daily? Not sure why you would be getting that? I send a weekly email on Thursdays now.
