Super excited to eat this, but I have to say the instructions & measurements for this Pizookie are terrible! (1x) serving would make over 48 cookies or (2) 9in. pie tin pizookies with extra leftover! (We had so much after our 9in. pizookie, we freezer 2 giant bags of cookies dough! I can't imagine doubling or tripling this recipe. So the "ramekin" or "small bowl" for baking is not accurate at all. The cook time also took us over 20mins. in the pie dish. Delicious flavors overall (we did the chocolate dough with chocolate chips & reeses pb cups mixed in & the peanut butter dough with chocolate chips & reeses pieces mixed in). I would just say half or quarter the recipe to get it to a more manageable serving size. You'll definitely have to tweak it a lot, but the flavors are delicious!
